Quotes and prices

Prices shown on this website are starting prices and include GST. Your exact price is confirmed in writing after we have seen the property and before any work starts. Work that is outside the written scope is only carried out with your agreement and is priced separately.

Bookings and access

You agree to give us safe access to the property, the roof space manhole, the sub floor and the outside of the building at the booked times. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to change a booking.

Safety

Bait is only placed inside locked, tamper resistant stations, and all products are used as their labels direct. Please do not move, open or damage stations, keep children and pets away from them, and tell us if a station is disturbed. We will show you where every station is before we leave.

Our written warranty

Sealing work comes with our 6 month written warranty on the entry points we sealed, as listed in your photo report. If rodents get back into the building through one of those points during that period, we return and fix it at no charge.

• The warranty covers the points listed in your report, not other parts of the building
• It does not cover new damage from storms, building work, tree growth or other trades
• It does not cover points you chose not to have sealed
• Treatment only jobs are not covered, because nothing was sealed
• Please contact us as soon as you notice activity so we can check it

Payment

Payment terms are shown on your written quote. Commercial work may be invoiced with the terms agreed in writing.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
